LOGiCHECK Scrutiny & optimisation of your logistics or transport agreement
LOGiCHECK® is the ideal starting point if you are seeking to improve your own templates for logistics and transport agreements or if you are preparing to enter into negotiations on existing draft contracts produced by your customer or logistics service provider. We will check and evaluate your contractual documentation or draft agreements in order to identify any risks or potential areas of improvement. This scrutiny takes place via the vehicle of our traffic light system. Our comprehensive internal check lists, which each contain over 1,500 items and fully comply with best practice standards, provide the foundation for the investigation and appraisal process. You will be able to arrive at a safe estimation of the legal and business opportunities and risks that are contained within your logistics and transport agreements. Every single clause is labelled with a red, amber or green dot to indicate the level of potential for economic jeopardy. We carry out our scrutiny and evaluation in a client-specific way and cover agreements that have been drawn up by customers and logistics service providers alike.
