LOGiAGB®

LOGiAGB® Individualised general terms and conditions tailored to your company

Individualisierte, auf Ihr Logistikunternehmen zugeschnittene Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen

We use LOGiAGB® to create individualised general terms and conditions that are specifically aligned to your company in its capacity as a customer or as a logistics service provider. The principle behind the process is to draw up terms which are as succinct as possible but which contain everything necessary. The main focuses are on practicability, transparency and minimisation of liability risks. We always take your overall concept into account . The issues which need to be considered include which regulatory location would be preferable/ideal, and whether it is better to have general terms and conditions or an individual agreement. We will minimise risk by finding the most efficient and the most cost-effective solution.

Take advantage of the specialist knowledge which we have built up over a period of 25 years.

Your benefits

AGB’s are drawn up via a 3-stage process.

Stage 1
Identification of the risk situation and of potential for optimisation

Comprehensive scrutiny and analysis of the risks occurring within your field of activity, particularly with regard to liability, and identification of potential for optimisation plus careful consideration/stipulation of the suitable regulatory location and closure of any gaps in provision where necessary.

Stage 2
Definition of conditions actually required – abridgement/improvement of existing general terms and conditions or drawing up of new terms.

Following examination and assessment of the risk situations and development of the ideal design options, the general terms and conditions deemed appropriate will be drawn up and made available alongside optional additional clauses relating to protection etc.

Stage 3
Automatic updating and adaptation of your general terms and conditions with regard to changing legislative practice

We offer automatic implementation and updating of your individual general terms and conditions on the basis of the most recent case law.
